Parents/Guardians-

Medication Practice-Change

Posted by on in Greenwood High School News
Good afternoon Parents and guardians of Greenwood High School students. This is a message from the nurse at the high school clinic. Please be advised there will be NO AM medications administered at school this school year due to COVID-19. These meds will need to be administered prior to arrival. If you have a student that takes a daily medication or emergency medication please call our clinic at 317-889-4014 to leave a message or speak with a nurse regarding arranging a time to drop off and sign for medications. The nurses will be present Monday July 20, Tuesday the 21st and Wednesday the 22nd, from 8am-11am and 12-3pm. We will have the parent/guardian call the clinic upon arrival and the nurse will meet you outside at your vehicle to pick up medication and fill out paperwork. If possible please bring a pen with you to sign for the medication being dropped off. Please feel free to contact the clinic (317-889-4014) with any questions or concerns you may have. Have a wonderful day! Continue reading
